Compensation for clan down time?

Everything clan related, such as chat and all boosts, have been constantly deactivated as I'm sure everyone has noticed. Has there been any word of compensation for loss of time? If not a complimentary increase in all boost times then at least the people who contributed money towards these boosts should be rewarded accordingly to make up for it. Just my opinion. By the way my dog just farted and its really nasty Evil or Very Mad
